What to do if you suffer from hair breakage and split ends?
Hair breakage can be caused by excessive chemical treatment (e.g. tinting, colouring, bleaching, perming, frequent washing with alkaline shampoos) as well as excessive brushing or combing. Physical influences such as excessive heat from blow-drying, intensive sun or solarium exposure or UV radiation can also damage the hair.

Split ends can occur when the hair constantly rests on the shoulders. It becomes highly stressed and frays; the hair ends divide and lose their healthy appearance.
Haircare products, especially deep conditioning treatments that repair damaged hair, can help. Often, however, split ends can’t be repaired again. The only remedy is a trip to the hairdressers. Have the ends cut off regularly. This will make your hair look healthier and can prevent the formation of split ends.
